Cancellation & Refund Policy - Arena Airport Transfers
At Arena Airport Transfers Ltd, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly. We strive to be as flexible as possible, ensuring that cancellations are as hassle-free as possible for our customers. Our policy is designed to accommodate your needs while also considering operational costs.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the scheduled trip: No charge will be applied, and your booking will be fully cancelled without penalty.
- Cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled trip: You will be charged the full price of the booking.
Refund Policy
We aim to offer a smooth experience for our customers, including handling cancellations and refunds with transparency and efficiency.
- Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pickup: No charge applies, but a bank fee (variable) will be deducted from the refund.
- Cancellations made between 10 to 5 hours before pickup: A 50% charge of the total journey price will apply.
- Cancellations made within 4 hours of pickup: A 100% charge of the journey price will apply.
- No Refund: If the passenger cannot be reached at pickup time or the driver is en route.
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- A bank fee (minimum £5) will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- The refund process takes 3 to 5 working days.
